Finding Mallory was a tremendous gift and can only be attributed to Devine intervention. We have no mutual connections and randomly she friended me on Facebook. Thanks to her, I found the ultimate birth team who didn’t just “let” me have autonomy, but championed me to be informed and empowered every step of my pregnancy, labor and postpartum journey.
Mallory practices what she preaches and leads by example. She knows how powerful we are and speaks so much life into that truth. She was able to alleviate fears I had about labor and delivery via sound education and her own life experiences.
She provided us with information, support, and tremendous care from the moment my husband and I met her.
When it came time for our actual labor, I can’t imagine doing it without Mallory - yet at the same time I hardly knew she was there. Hip compressions, verbal affirmations, oils and massage are just a few of the things she brings to the table. And somehow she also managed to document our daughter’s birth while simultaneously supporting us as our doula.
We knew we wanted photos of our birth, but we also wanted to keep it an intimate experience and not have a lot of extra people there. The fact that Mallory offers doula AND photo services couldn’t have been more perfect. With as demanding as both roles are, she executed them simultaneously and did so flawlessly.
We will treasure the photos she captured for a lifetime, as well as the friendship we’ve created with this extraordinary woman.
She is gifted, knowledgeable, and will no doubt help you achieve the birth you desire. I am so grateful for her belief in me and support throughout the journey. We would choose her ten times over and thank God our paths crossed when they did!

How did Mallory help me during my labor? She pulled up my hair when I didn’t have the strength to do it myself. She held my hand when I was feeling weak. She kept everyone including my mom, my husband, and myself calm when the labor was getting harder. She assured my mom and my husband that everything is okay and going as planned. She massaged my back with essential oils, oh did she massage my back… For hours on end. I don’t know how she had the strength but she did it. She helped my husband keep me cleaned up. She held my water to my lips throughout my labor and pushing. She encouraged me, when I felt like throwing up the white flag. She educated me on all things during my induction and labor. She supported me emotionally and physically. I felt love. I felt compassion. I felt like a Goddess when all was said and done. Thank you 100x over, Mallory. I couldn’t have done it without you!

Our maternity photos taken by Mallory are beyond what I could of imagined.  I've never really considered an in home photo shoot but I'm ove the moon about them.  To be in our own home, comfortable and natural.  Not only is Mallory professional, she truly has a passion for what she does!  Her work is amazing and I will forever cherish these photos!

Mallory has such a talent and eye for the natural beauty and rawness of life.  Her photos capture the intricate detail of human emotion in such a unique way that it draws you in immediately.  It is an honor to say that our baby girl's birth story was her very first go at birth photography - and let me add she was also one of my Doula's so double duty!  She captured some of the most beautiful pictures that I will cherish forever.  And most recently I had the pleasure of taking part in her artistic 'Celebration of Motherhood' photo shoot.  And once again she left me speechless with how much raw beauty she captured in literally 30 minutes!  You will never look back and regret having those precious moments captured in artistic memories that will last a life time.  But you will regret not having at least one picture to remind you of the incredible story you wrote with your husband and new baby girl or boy.  Mallory is fantastic and what she has to offer is truly priceless!  You will be so glad  you entrusted her to capture your birth story.

So I have no idea where to begin on even putting into a recommendation my feelings... let me just being with one word, GRATEFUL.  This was not my 1st pregnancy and I know a lot of women may think that if you are not a first time mom then why need a Doula, but knowledge is so powerful and let me tell you first time around, honestly, if anything it was traumatic.  Fun fact - it doesn't matter at what point in your pregnancy you hire your Doula, I was in my third trimester!  One of the things about birth is that it's unpredictable!  My EDD was Nov. 11th and I went into labor on the 24th!  Best bet that phone rang maybe twice at 3 AM when I called her and she was there.  The support she showed me was out of this world!  She came to one of my midwife appointments and had my back there.  The hugs and support were endless!  Zero judgment.  I ended up having an epidural, zero judgment and supported!  Ended up not breastfeeding and again was not judged and was supported.  Mallory was more than just a Doula or a resource, she was a friend.  Even after Sofia was born she was there for support!  I would suggest to any mom / mom to be considering this to DO IT!  It was the best decision we made for our growing family!

I got my placenta encapsulated by Mallory - she provided me with so much information and all the benefits of doing this and the process.  I received pictures and I can not believe how much it resembles "the tree of life" can not thank her enough for her dedication and work.  If you ever thought and or was interested in saving your placenta. definitely reach out to Mallory and check out all her services she offers for this!  It is truly worth it.  One of the benefits of this process is more energy and I definitely feel that.

Mallory has an eye for capturing the most intimate and delicate moments of labor. She tastefully and quietly snapped pictures during labor and delivery, choosing perfect moments and angles without interrupting my space. The final photos are perfect and emotional, I am so happy to have them.   The First 48 session, Mallory provided fun props and ideas. I am happy with the final outcome and turnaround time!
She also completed the placenta encapsulation for me, but to events out of my control was not able to consume immediately postpartum. She is very knowledgeable of the process, and worked immediately for a quick turnaround.  Mallory is fun, yet professional to work with. God willing, I plan to work with her again in the future!!

How do you write a “review” expressing all of the emotions you feel when this experience has been nothing short of life changing, amazing, beautiful and empowering. I am so incredibly blessed to have had this team of irreplaceable women by me and my husbands side every step of the way. The knowledge, resources, passion and love and care they have for their craft and their clients is beyond a “job” for them, it’s WHO THEY ARE. Every pregnancy journey and birth story is beautiful and unique and I know my story wouldn’t be the one I hoped would be written without my Doulas. My husband and I are so blessed that we have the knowledge and resources ourselves to know we could be the authors of our own story as we embarked on this journey and that it would be one of love, beauty, empowerment, faith, and all things holistic and how God intended. Having that undeniable support through every decision, through every moment of fear, through every moment of self doubt made our experience one we will never forget and will forever be grateful and thankful for. God blessed the entire process and journey from start to end. He hand picked each person involved and it couldn’t have been more perfect. And we met our perfectly healthy, strong and absolutely beautiful baby girl with our hearts full. If there is anything I can say to encourage and empower other amazing women and mamas out there is....please know it's YOUR story to write and you can never have enough love and support through the journey. And if you don’t do anything else-treat yourself to this team of outstanding women who will empower you and help you find that inner warrior and goddess that lives in you!
